Here’s what your Annual A/C Tune-Up covers:
- Open air handler and inspect evaporative coil (clean as required)
- Inspect and lubricate blower, condenser, and cooling fan motors
- Inspect and clean condensate drain
- Check refrigerant pressure*
- Start unit and test temperature and pressure
*Freon (if required) and parts are extra
